Replacement Cards

We understand that sometimes things go missing and that often this is the case with Pleasure Craft Operator Cards. If you have misplaced your PCOC card or if you have changed your name or address, you have to contact the company that administered your exam in order to get a replacement.

If you wrote your exam at Buckeye below are links to the course providers that we have used since 1999. Simply click on the link, fill out the Replacement Card form and submit it along with the proper funds to the address provided. They will then arrange a replacement card be sent to the address you provide.
